We recommend your inbound flight arriving by 11am to Barcelona, taking into acount any flight or security delays as the private shuttle leaves promptly at 12pm.
The return flight is recommended from 5:30pm on Sunday.

From a mindful silent nature walk in the hilltops to breathwork, restorative movement, group coaching or a massage... we have everything onsite to ensure you come out re-energised, lifted and a new sense of freedom.
Group Coaching
Mehibe is an accredited professional Leadership and Mindset Coach, Trainer and Mentor with a focus on supporting Global Mobility leaders to let go of their fears, embrace courage to feel genuine and empowered in their daily lives.
Through three group coaching sessions, we’ll work together to face what’s holding us back, quieting the unhelpful inner critic to cultivate greater inner-confidence and a kinder, more compassionate connection with ourselves.
With a variety of engaging exercises, this journey invites you to embrace imperfection, uncover your best version and experience the joy of feeling
authentically HER - she is you.




Silent Nature Walk
Starting your day with a meditative and mindful nature walk is a powerful way to cultivate presence and set a positive tone for the hours ahead. As you step into the natural world, you’re invited to slow down and engage your senses - feeling the earth beneath your feet, noticing the rhythm of your breath, and hearing the gentle sounds around you. This practice encourages you to let go of distractions and immerse yourself in the present moment with a sense of peace and clarity.
We start the morning with a mindful silent walk through nature to soothe the mind and energise the body, grounding you in gratitude and connection to the world around you. It’s a beautiful way to align with the day’s rhythm, refreshed and centred.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative movement is a mindful practice that focuses on ease, fluidity, and alignment, helping to rebuild the connection between the mind and body. Unlike high-intensity exercises, restorative movement emphasises slow, deliberate motions that allow you to tune into physical sensations and honour your body’s needs. It helps release muscular tension, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system, making it especially effective for relieving stress and promoting relaxation.
Over two sessions, we create a space for stillness and gentle motion, we can slow things down to connect to a deeper sense of presence, self-compassion,
and kindness.




Breathwork
Practicing breathwork is a powerful tool for relieving stress and tension, offering a simple yet profound way to calm both the body and mind.
Breathwork encourages deeper oxygen flow, releases physical tension, and grounds us in the present moment, creating a sense of inner balance and peace. By practicing breathwork together in this moment of pause - we can enhance emotional resilience, improve mental clarity for a deeper connection with ourselves, making it a valuable practice for our overall wellbeing.
Massage
A massage is more than just a luxurious treat—it’s a therapeutic experience that nurtures both body and mind. Beyond the physical benefits, a massage can also offer emotional relief, providing a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you seek relief from aches, improved flexibility, or simply time to unwind, massage is a deeply restorative practice that rejuvenates from the inside out - Karima is onsite to give you a massage to restore your body, heart and mind.

The venue offers different room options to ensure we can accomodate your preference and budget. Options vary from a double room with a private bedroom to a shared room with a shared bathroom. All rooms come with either mountain or garden view.
